Technical Product Manager - Stream-Aligned Team

Responsibilities

• Act as both a hands-on tech lead and product manager.
• Deliver data/ML platforms and pipelines in a Databricks-Azure environment.
• Lead a small delivery team and coordinate with enabling teams for product, architecture, and data science.
• Translate business needs into product strategy and technical delivery with a platform-first mindset.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Technical: Python, SQL, Databricks, Delta Lake, MLflow, Terraform, medallion architecture, data mesh/fabric, Azure.
• Product: Agile delivery, discovery cycles, outcome-focused planning, trunk-based development.
• Collaboration: Able to coach engineers, work with cross-functional teams, and drive self-service platforms.
• Communication: Clear in articulating decisions, roadmap, and priorities.
