We are looking for a Senior Analyst – B2B Marketing with 3+ years of experience to manage and optimize our B2B marketing activities (i.e. Paid Search, Email marketing). This role is perfect for a data-driven professional with strong analytical and technical skills, capable of executing and leading initiatives to drive growth.
You will work closely with internal teams (Marketing channels, Category Management, Martech, Data Science, Engineering) to enhance performance and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience with B2B marketing, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling while understanding what B2B customers need to further tailor and optimize our B2B marketing activities.
💼 What You'll Do

Manage and optimize B2B marketing activities across various marketing channels (i.e. Paid Search, email) ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Analyze, identify and prioritize the most promising acquisition and brand growth levers, based on data and market trends

Build and scale user acquisition strategies across all marketing areas such as influencers, content, brand activations, partnerships, and more
- Drive deep analysis of our acquisition funnels, user behavior, and LTV:CAC dynamics to spot opportunities and optimize ROI

Manage cross functional projects to further drive growth of our B2B customer base

Work with Data Science and Martech teams to refine machine learning-based bidding strategies, automation, and attribution models.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy regulations, and measurement changes, including GA4, server-side tracking, and first-party data strategies.
✅ What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in Excel (advanced), SQL, Looker, Tableau, Python, or R.

Knowledge of incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and marketing automation.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Understanding of the evolving privacy and measurement landscape, including GA4, first-party data, and server-side tracking.
