The Oracle Security CTO group is seeking an experienced AI Security Architect (IC6) to develop, apply, and operationalize advanced AI technologies for security and operations across Oracle Cloud. You will design AI-powered systems—including LLM-driven user interfaces, automated protocol analysis, and behavioral analytics—while architecting robust data pipelines and modernizing security workflows from API-driven to MCP/agent-based.

Your expertise will directly shape how Oracle leverages state-of-the-art AI to simplify user engagement, strengthen analysis, and deliver secure, efficient operations at scale. This role calls for deep technical ability, innovation, and strong collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

• Design and implement AI-driven systems for security and operations, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) for user engagement and automation.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines to support real-time analytics, behavioral modeling, and scalable operational insight.
• Apply AI technologies to automate protocol analysis, anomaly detection, and behavioral understanding for security monitoring and response.
• Lead the migration of workflows from traditional API-driven approaches to modern MCP (management control plane) and agent-based architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate AI into Oracle Cloud’s security and management platforms.
• Act as a technical leader in AI-enabled security, evangelizing best practices, setting standards, and providing mentorship across the organization.
• Stay at the forefront of AI, ML, and data pipeline advancements—advising on their secure, responsible, and effective use within Oracle.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders, representing Oracle in relevant forums and industry collaborations.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $161,700 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
