Position Overview
Cast & Crew is seeking a Transformation Data Analyst who will report to Chief Transformation Officer (CTrO) and support the Director, Program Management in managing the Transformation Office (TO) by enabling effective delivery, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the transformation portfolio. The analyst will build and manage dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting processes to provide insights that support transformation governance. This role often involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, data modeling, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Requirements:

  • Dashboard & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and detailed reports aligned with transformation goals, using Power BI, Tableau, Monday.com, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, including identifying data sources.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collect and analyze diverse data sources, identifying trends, and extracting insights to support business transformation efforts. Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders. 
  • Data Modeling and Documentation: Creating and maintaining data models, data dictionaries, and documentation to ensure data integrity and consistency. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for reporting improvements, translating them into actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively. 
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving data quality issues, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and recommending solutions. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and PMO tools. Collaborate to standardize best practices. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business analytics, computer science, mathematics or science preferred but not required
  • 2-3+ years in project or data analysis, business intelligence, project/portfolio operations or PMO roles.
  • Strong experience with project-tracking tools, relevant programming languages, and data visualization tools, such as Excel, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Possess discretion and sensitivity towards confidential information
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions. 
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Special Work Conditions    

  • Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.
