This Engineer role will work with application developers to automate and accelerate the testing, release and deployment of applications into a runtime environment quickly and reliably, primarily on the AWS platform. They will be providing continuous delivery solutions in a cloud environment and have experience with the core suite of tools used to manage different cloud providers.
The Engineer may also be responsible for building and maintaining optimized and highly available data pipelines that facilitate deeper analysis and reporting by the Data and Analytics department

This person will,

• Managing the installation and configuration of the AWS platform.

• Completing code and script updates, as well as resolving product implementation errors.

• Contributing expertise on information system options, risk, and operational impact.

• Overseeing routine maintenance procedures and performing diagnostic tests.

• Collaborating with developers on software requirements, as well as interpreting test stage data.

• Documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics

Please Note: This position can be hired at an Engineer or Engineer Senior level. We will assess applicants based on their skills and years of relevant experience.

Requirements
Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science or Analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

Experience

• 2-5 years With a broad portfolio of AWS infrastructure tools (EBS, S3, EC2, Elastic IP, Route 53, VPC) and with cloud infrastructure management and automation technologies. Working with basic structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. Basic SQL knowledge proficiency and analytical skills. Exposure to modern data/analytics architecture (Big Data, Cloud, etc.). Exposure to advanced analytics tools (Python, R, etc). Scripting (shell, python, ruby) skills for monitoring and automation. Required

$65,800.00 - $112,800.00 per year
