Job Summary

We’re seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Analyst with 5+ years of experience driving insight and performance across the full marketing funnel—from acquisition through engagement, conversion, and retention. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analyzing customer journeys, building dashboards, optimizing email and digital campaigns, and using data to drive strategic decisions.

As part of a collaborative team of marketers, developers, and designers, you'll be responsible for mapping, measuring, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey—including digital touchpoints such as websites, email programs, paid campaigns, and more. If you love turning behavioral data into growth strategies and uncovering optimization opportunities across the funnel, this role is for you.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-funnel analysis to understand and improve the customer journey—from first touch to conversion and long-term retention.

  • Analyze and optimize email marketing performance: open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes, deliverability, and downstream conversion impact.

  • Partner with lifecycle and campaign marketers to ensure email campaigns are integrated into broader funnel strategies.

  • Develop and manage journey maps and customer behavior flows using tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Adobe Analytics.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments across email, landing pages, and web experiences.

  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and customer lifecycle trends.

  • Translate data insights into tactical recommendations that improve marketing performance, retention, and user experience.

  • Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to test and implement improvements based on analysis.

  • Support accurate tracking of email and site engagement through tagging, UTM structures, and analytics frameworks.

  • Ensure accurate attribution modeling and performance visibility across all digital channels.

  • Stay current on email analytics tools, journey mapping strategies, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital analytics, or performance marketing with a focus on full-funnel measurement.

  • Strong experience with email performance tracking and optimization (e.g., through platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or Iterable).

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tableau, and tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.

  • Proven ability to conduct end-to-end journey mapping and identify drop-offs, delays, and optimization opportunities across channels.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and campaign performance analysis.

  • Solid understanding of attribution models and marketing channel performance measurement.

  • Experience building and communicating dashboards and reports for diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to explain complex insights in clear, actionable language.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Able to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with in-office collaboration 3 days/month.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Email platform certifications (e.g., HubSpot Email Marketing, Marketo Certified Expert, SFMC Email Specialist).

  • Certifications in GA4, Tableau, or growth marketing analytics.

  • Familiarity with tagging and tracking strategies, including Google Tag Manager.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or data querying tools is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for troubleshooting tracking or testing implementation).

Benefits Summary

  • High quality voluntary health, vision, disability, life, and dental insurance programs

  • 401K Matching Plan

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan

  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave

  • Corporate sponsored programs to enhance employee physical, financial, mental, and emotional wellness

  • Financial Solution Program
