Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Owner to join our AI Experiences Product Owner Team.

The ideal candidate will help us shape the future of our enterprise Recommendation and Arbitration Platform. As one of several Product Owners, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering intelligent, scalable solutions that drive decision-making across the organization.

This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of product vision, technical understanding, and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure our platform delivers value, performance, and innovation.

In addition, you'll support users / clients of the enterprise recommendation and arbitration platforms to delivery business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Success: Support clients in understanding how to use our eligibility and arbitration platforms to launch and measure outcomes.
  • Drive Strategic Recommendation Delivery:
    Lead uncovering client needs around eligibility and decision criteria. You'll transform these insights into actionable product opportunities, enabling the delivery of intelligent, personalized recommendations across digital and physical channels.
  • Product Ownership: Serve as a Product Owner for one or more components of the recommendation and arbitration platform, maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other Product Owners to align on platform vision, roadmap, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate business needs and user feedback into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer and business, ensuring alignment between technical teams and strategic goals.
  • Agile Leadership: Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Platform Thinking: Contribute to the evolution of a modular, extensible platform architecture that supports multiple use cases and business domains.
  • Teams with product development to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging, and features.
  • Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable).
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
