Job Summary

Be an AI Governance to establish and lead the company’s AI governance initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that all AI and machine learning systems deployed across AIS are ethical, transparent, secure,
and compliant with both local and international regulations.
To lead a cross-functional team to develop governance frameworks, assess AI risks, and promote responsible AI practices across the organization.

Job Description

• Lead the development and implementation of AIS’s AI governance strategy, policies, and frameworks.                                    
• Oversee AI risk assessments and ensure compliance with ethical standards, data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA), and global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act).                                    
• Establish governance processes for AI model lifecycle management, including documentation, explainability, fairness, and accountability.                                    
• Collaborate with internal teams (Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Product) to embed responsible AI practices into development and deployment pipelines.                                    
• Organize the AI Governance Committee and facilitate regular reviews of high-impact AI systems.                                    
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risks in AI to ensure AIS remains compliant and competitive.                                    
• Drive awareness and training programs on AI ethics and governance across the organization.                                    
• Report governance metrics and risk indicators to senior leadership and regulatory teams as needed.    
  
  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, risk management, compliance, or data governance.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, model lifecycle, and regulatory landscape.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
