We’ve developed a new way of working to accelerate the design of our complex machines through cross-sector collaboration. This approach is now being piloted with many teams working across different products. Your mission? Help us run these pilots effectively, capture insights, and ensure learnings are embedded across the organization.
Your assignment
We are seeking two interns, a Qualitative and a Quantitative Research Specialist. You’ll work closely with an Organizational Change Manager and of course with the other intern. You’ll dive into the fast-paced, ever-changing world of EUV and help us uncover the human dynamics behind successful collaboration and change.
Key responsibilities for the Qualitative Research Intern include:
Design qualitative research methods that work in time-constrained, high-pressure environments
Conduct observations and gather insights during meetings and work sessions
Identify key issues and benefits in meeting setups and tool usage
Translate qualitative findings into clear, visual insights for stakeholders
Key responsibilities for the Quantitative Research Intern include:
Develop and implement methods for effective quantitative data collection
Participate in project teams to observe meetings, workflows, and tool usage
Visualize data insights for project teams and stakeholders
This is a master apprentice internship for minimum 5 months, 5 days per week (4 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.
Your profile
To be a match for this internship, you:
Have a background in (but not limited to): behavioral science, psychology, data science or related field.
Have strong observational, analytical and data visualization skills.
Have the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
Have experience with concept development, visual storytelling or tools like Miro or Figma is a plus.
Have experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Python is a plus
Are pro-active, eager and are able to work well within a diverse team-dynamic.
Have awareness of design / systems thinking is a plus - loving to learn more? Double plus
Other requirements you need to meet
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
