Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics
• With 3-7 years of experience as data analyst, data pipeline development or related.
• Experience analyzing existing data in the different data storage and create data inventory lists
• Has experience in executing Data Protection, Data Privacy, PDPA
• Has worked on Data Deletion and Data Anonymization
• Implemented data controls to comply with regulatory requirements
• Experience developing and architecting data & model pipeline with experience of the full lifecycle from prototype to production.
• Hands-on experience in development, deployment and operation of data technologies and platforms
• Preferably (but not limited to) Life Insurance industry

Key responsibility

• Create a repeatable and reusable data workflow & ML workflow for data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance
• Develop and train machine learning models and conduct model reviews to ensure model accuracy and useability
• Work with data architect and engineers to design and build a suitable environment for machine learning model training and refinement (e.g. involving data pipelines & benchmarking infrastructure)
• Work with data engineers to select the right data sets, algorithms, and modelling methods to develop, experiment, productionize and optimize ML models for a specific issue / problem against pre-determined success metrics
• Design and develop end-to-end pipelines for analytics solution delivery
