Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging & Master Data Specialist to oversee the setup of master data for our packaging portfolio, perform system updates as per project requirements, and lead design packaging changes. This role will also focus on eliminating losses through material savings projects, supporting technical teams with specifications updates, ensuring product & documentation quality, and assisting the execution team with timely product testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master Data Setup: Establish and maintain master data for the packaging portfolio, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Packaging Design: Collaborate with design teams to create effective packaging solutions that meet project specifications and enhance product appeal.
• Product Testing Support: Work closely with the execution team to ensure timely product testing, facilitating smooth project execution.

Job Qualifications

• Technical university degree preferred
• Experience in packaging is an advantage
• Strong passion for working with systems and a keen interest in continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in CAD software will be an additional advantage.
• Ability to build diverse and collaborative relationships across teams.
• Demonstrated growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Very good English skills, both written and verbal
