We're now hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our elite engineering team. This is your chance to work with distributed systems, hybrid environments, and support projects that are reshaping industries like fintech, insurance, and gaming.

🎯 About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer at Tekton Labs, you'll be the backbone of our infrastructure — ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and secure across cloud and on-prem environments. You’ll collaborate closely with backend developers and ML engineers to automate, optimize, and elevate our platform operations.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Manage and improve Kubernetes-based infrastructure on GCP, AWS, and Azure

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

  • Monitor performance, availability, and system health using modern observability tools

  • Handle provisioning, optimization, and tuning for Redis and PostgreSQL

  • Support on-prem deployments for enterprise clients in regulated industries

  • Enhance security practices, resilience, and incident response procedures

🧩 What You Bring

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering

  • Hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production

  • Proficient in Redis and PostgreSQL administration

  • Familiarity with Kafka and hybrid cloud architectures

  • Experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP or AWS preferred)

  • Scripting and automation skills with Bash, Python, or similar

  • Understanding of CI/CD, observability, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)

  • Excellent communication skills in English

💰 Compensation & Contract

  • Full-time contractor position (remote – LATAM preferred)

  • Monthly compensation: Up to $2,900 USD, based on experience and skills
