Your Role at impact.com:

We’re on a mission to transform our Customer Engineering organization (global customer support, technical services, onboarding, and implementation teams) into a data-first team - real-time KPIs, robust analytics, and actionable insights at our fingertips. What You'll Do:
This role reports directly to the VP of Customer Engineering.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead Transformation: Drive the vision for clean, compliant, and strategic data across Salesforce, Freshdesk, Jira, and in-house internal systems.
- Optimize Structure: Critically evaluate and enhance underlying data structures and processes.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Enforce rigorous data compliance standards, implement ongoing quality assurance practices, and own cleaning of historical data.
- Operationalize Insight: Establish standardized KPIs and performance metrics to empower decision-making.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with our Data Analytics team to ensure seamless integration and accurate insights.
- Empower Teams: Set up intuitive, actionable dashboards, automate existing manual reports, and champion adoption across the organization.
- Lead Cadence: Implement effective data review cycles, ensuring continuous alignment and visibility on performance and trends.
What You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in data operations, business operations, or related fields.
- Expertise in data compliance, data quality, and operational process improvement.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional data projects and initiatives.
- Fluency with modern data stacks (BigQuery, Looker, dbt, etc.).
- Demonstrated mastery of SQL and data querying
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Experience with data visualization tools (preference for Looker)
Preferred Qualifications
- Deeply analytical with exceptional skills in data operations and process optimization.
- A highly organized and driven project manager capable of driving consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- Experienced in managing data structures in Salesforce and preferably Freshdesk and Jira.
- Adept at turning complex data scenarios into clear, streamlined, and actionable outcomes.
- Ability to translate technical data structures into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Driven, autonomous, and proactive - excited by ownership, continuous improvement, and strategic problem-solving.
Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% Company annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
