Reports to: Clinical Manager
Hours: 15 hours
Shifts: Day shift
Status: Permanent Part-Time
Closing Date: August 5, 2025
THE POSITION:
The Data Analyst of the Eating Disorders Program at University Health Network will coordinate, collect, collate, and assist in the analysis of data to support the quality assurance evaluation goals of the program. The position is key in supporting the evaluation of treatment effectiveness.
DUTIES:
- Coordinates and collects specific data elements related to program effectiveness
- Completes data entry in a timely manner
- Performs quality control checks on electronically captured data
- Identifies and communicates with supervisors regarding gaps in data
- Contribute to program research projects, as appropriate for the position
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-year community college program in Database Management or a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of psychological and mental health terminology
- Knowledge and/or experience with research methodology
- Proven proficiency in MS 365 applications
- Experience with clinical patient information systems
- Ability to work independently, under supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to attend to details is required
- Ability to perform patient chart research and data acquisition
