About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in improving student retention and satisfaction by:

• Analysing internal and external data to uncover insights into student behavior.
• Supporting retention initiatives through statistical modeling and forecasting.
• Evaluating the impact of student interventions and communications.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in statistics, analytics, mathematics, computer science or related field
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality results under deadlines

Desirable:

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, Lambda, Chalice)
• Understanding of Gen AI applications
