Your Opportunity

As a Sr Generative AI Content Development and Delivery Analyst, your primary responsibility is to manage the creation, organization, delivery and management of content generated from artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, ensuring such generative content supports the information needs of end-users, maximizes their research experience, and aligns with EBSCO’s open web strategies and business objectives. 

 

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).   

 

 

What You'll Do

  • Model Selection and Development: Evaluating and informing the selection of appropriate generative AI models based on end-user knowledge and information needs, including custom model development and fine-tuning for specific content types.
  • Prompt Engineering: Lead the development of effective prompts and guidelines to ensure high-quality, relevant, and consistent content generation from AI models.
  • Quality Control: Establish quality standards for AI-generated content, including mechanisms for monitoring accuracy, brand alignment, and ethical considerations.
  • Collaboration: Work with colleagues to integrate generative AI content into new data warehousing environments, enterprise content management systems, workflows and applications.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of advancements in generative AI technology and identifying potential new applications for content creation.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles in relatable industries including scholarly research publishing and information services.
  • 5+ years of proven experience utilizing cutting edge AI technologies and solutions for creating and optimizing content at scale for discoverability on leading search engines and AI answer engines.

Pay Range

USD $86,155.00 - USD $123,075.00 /Yr.
