Overview:

We're currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our fast-growing Data and Analytics team at Prosek. We are looking for a self-starter interested in bringing best-in-class data, insights, measurement and reporting practices to our financial, professional services and corporate clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Work as a member of integrated client teams to ground communications and campaign strategy in data & insights and conduct proper measurement to track and tell a clear, compelling story of impact
• Serve as point of contact with clients, considered a "go to" trusted team contact on specific client deliverables and initiatives
• Serve as the day-to-day internal lead across deliverables, ensuring work is delivered in line with timelines and budgets
• Act as a mentor and culture carrier with a positive attitude
• Independently write, edit and review first drafts of measurement reports, surveys, discussion guides, landscape/whitespace/audience/industry analyses, and client recommendations
• Monitor relevant media conversations and prepare reports for clients
• Stay on top of emerging data & analytics and industry trends and share them in a variety of ways inside and outside the firm
• Demonstrate expertise and creative thinking in your client's business and industry
• Produce client-ready written communications and have strong verbal communication with your clients
• Contribute to upskilling and resource sharing across the firm

What makes you qualified:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree
• An eye for detail, ensuring quality assurance for team/account deliverables
• Experience in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Strong interest and/or experience working within Prosek’s core sectors of concentration, which include financial services, professional services, technology and corporate B2B communications
• A strong interest in AI and Generative AI tools, with a focus on their applications in communications and analysis
• Deep understanding of traditional and social media ecosystems, with strong knowledge of data and analytics best practices and their application to business objectives
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Ability to forge strong relationships with clients and cross-discipline internal teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams across disciplines 
• Interest and/or experience in primary research (e.g., surveys, focus groups)
• Experience with measurement and monitoring tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Signal AI, StatSocial, Cision, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Experience at a traditional communications or marketing agency is strongly preferred
• Readiness to deliver excellent client service and be a member of a growing team
• Eagerness to actively participate in agency-wide events and activities and market Prosek to your clients
• Ability to establish and maintain the reputation and perceived value of the agency

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
