データエンジニアリングチームのリーダーとして働いていただくこのポジションでの主なミッションは、組織をリードしクラウドデータプラットフォームを構築、維持、管理するプロジェクトを進めることです。
Veolia Japanグループのビジネス組織が保有する全てのデータをビジネスニーズに応じて、利用、分析、予測、視覚化、効率化に向けて活用していきます。
さまざまなソースからのデータを組み合わせるための強力なデータ分析スキルと技術スキル、主要な公共クラウドサービス（GCP、AWS）と関連プログラミング言語とスクリプトの深い知識と運用経験、AI/機械学習とディープラーニングの基本知識が求められます。
また、チームリーダーとして、組織と人材管理のスキル、チームが推進するプロジェクトを管理する能力も求められます。
 

■Position Overview
In our team, we promote DX and data utilization, and achieve data-driven decision making and business efficiency.
The main mission of this position, working as the leader of the data engineering team, is to lead the organization and advance projects to build, maintain, and manage a cloud data platform. We will use all the data owned by Veolia Japan Group's business organization for utilization, analysis, prediction, visualization, and efficiency according to business needs.
Strong data analysis skills and technical skills for combining data from various sources, deep knowledge and operational experience of key public cloud services (GCP, AWS) and related programming languages and scripts, and basic knowledge of AI/machine learning and deep learning are required.
In addition, as a team leader, you need organizational and personnel management skills, and the ability to manage projects promoted by the team.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer that can be responsible for leading the overall architecture design and efficiency of the data infrastructure, ensuring the quality and consistency of data.

データパイプラインの設計・構築・保守・最適化
データウェアハウスやデータレイクの構築・管理
データモデリングとETLプロセスの最適化
データインフラストラクチャの管理
データ品質の管理と改善
チームメンバーの技術的リード
データ活用・事業部門向けツール開発・運用、もしくはツールの選定・評価・導入
Design, construction, maintain, and optimization of data pipelines
Construction and management of data warehouses and datalakes
Optimization of data modeling and ETL processes
Management of data infrastructure
Management and improvement of data quality
Technical lead of team members
Development, operation, selection, evaluation, and introduction of tools for data utilization and business departments


【Requirements 応募要件】
＜必須要件＞(Must have)
データエンジニアリングまたは関連分野での実務経験（5年以上）
データウェアハウス（Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflakeなど）の構築・運用経験
Python, SQL, その他プラグラミング言語での5年以上の開発経験
パブリッククラウド（主に GCP など）を用いた開発・実装・運用経験
語学力 : 日本語(ネイティブ)、英語(ビジネスレベル)
チームマネジメントの経験
Practical experience in data engineering or related fields(+ 5 years)
Experience in building and operating data warehouses (such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
More than 5 years of development experience in Python, SQL, and other programming languages
Experience in development, implementation, and operation using public cloud (mainly GCP, etc.)
Language skills : Japanese (Native), English (Business)
Team management experience
