Responsibilities 🤓

• Provide relevant information, analysis, and support for decision-making, presentations, and execution of technology initiatives.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including maintaining user permissions.
• Administer the company VPN.
• Manage monitoring tools related to infrastructure and costs. 
• Provide support to users.
• Develop and maintain packaged service offerings to support business objectives.
• Develop presentations and assets needed for sales enablement and standardized operation processes, both internally developed and in collaboration with external partners.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies, technical enforcement, and regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist technical teams in company certification processes and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Provide end-to-end support to cross-departmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance technological solutions and services.
• Support research and development initiatives, and develop strategies to optimize the use of technology within the organization.
• Ensure the effective integration of new technologies into existing company-wide systems.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of new software and hardware solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Required Skills 💻

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering or related bachelor's level.
• Experience working with SaaS services and cloud providers like AWS or similar.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with Python and Bash for automation and scripting tasks.
• 2+ years of experience in technology operations or support or sysadmin roles.
• Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with data handling, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize as required.
• Comfortable with autonomy, prioritizing tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced  environment. Rises to challenges and/or unfamiliar tasks with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
• Experience working with vendors or partners.
• Familiarity with research and development processes in business.
