AI Image Creator (m/f/d)

As AI Image Creator, you will play a pioneering role in transforming how we produce visual content. You'll use advanced generative AI tools to create stunning, on-brand imagery featuring Westwing products. Your work will support our website, campaigns, newsletters, and social media, making a strong visual impact on millions of customers. Please submit your application documents in English along with a portfolio in PDF format. This position is limited for one year and based in Robakowo (Poznań).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• create aesthetic AI-generated imagery (set moods) that showcases Westwing products in inspiring home environments
• develop and fine-tune image prompts to ensure high-quality, consistent visual output aligned with Westwing’s premium brand identity
• collaborate cross-functionally with Styling, CGI, Graphics, and Art Direction teams to bring product and campaign visions to life
• consult other production teams on AI usage to enhance classic photography or CGI content creation
• support marketing asset creation with AI-enhanced visuals, including homepage content and campaign visuals
• stay up to date with the latest AI tools & trends, identifying new technologies and methods to continuously elevate our visual content pipeline
• help optimise workflows and scale content production, using AI to speed up asset creation while maintaining high visual standards
• ensure consistency in style, lighting, composition and storytelling across all AI-generated content

YOU COME WITH

• a strong background in Visual Design, Photography, CGI, 3D Art, or Creative Direction, ideally with experience in home & living or lifestyle products
• proven experience working with AI-based image generation tools such as Midjourney, Chat GPT Plus, AdCreative AI, or similar
• understanding of interior aesthetics, composition, lighting, and styling, you know what makes a great mood image
• hands-on skills in tools like Photoshop, Figma, or 3D rendering software (Blender) are a plus
• a solid eye for detail, great taste level and passion for design, innovation, and tech-driven creativity
• ability to work independently and proactively, you love testing, learning, and refining your craft
• fluent in English; Polish or German is a plus
