What you'll be doing:

  • Research Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of the research roadmap for the GenAI platform, designing and conducting mixed-methods research to explore user needs, workflows, and barriers to adoption.
  • Insights for Behaviour & Adoption: Explore behavioural drivers related to GenAI adoption, translating findings into actionable insights that inform strategies for mindset shifts and sustained usage.
  • Prototype & Product Testing: Collaborate with UX, Product, and AI teams to design and execute usability tests, concept evaluations, and in-field studies on AI agents and workflows.
  • Continuous Feedback & Learning: Implement and manage systems to capture ongoing user feedback and translate research findings into clear, actionable insights that guide product development, UX design, and agent strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, UX, AI Coaching, and Change teams to embed user insights at every phase, facilitating co-creation workshops and acting as a strong advocate for user needs.

What you'll need:

  • Experience conducting research in complex, multi-role enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral research, digital adoption challenges, and designing research to support change programs.
  • Comfortable working with AI-driven tools and emerging technologies like LLMs or automation platforms.
  • Skilled in storytelling and translating data into insights that influence decisions.
  • A background in psychology, HCI, sociology, anthropology, or a related research discipline is preferred.
  • Experience with digital tools like Figma, Dovetail, Miro
