Job Description

Compass Government Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Data Analytics SME to provide services to Service Members (active duty, reserve components, and National Guard), Coast Guard, Veterans, and their families at The Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). In preparation to bid on this contract, we are seeking qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals.

The Data Analytics SME (SME IV Data Analytics) will manage and produce analytics reported for all aspects of the inTransition program. This person shall be able to identify and report fluently on all metrics associated with the program. for the metric reporting requirement.

Job Requirements 

  • Serve as the leading expert on data analytics methodologies, tools, and technologies within the organization.
  • Define and champion best practices and standards for data collection, cleaning, analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Research and evaluate new data analytics tools, techniques, and platforms, and make recommendations for adoption.
  • Develop and present complex data insights and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
  • Troubleshoot complex data-related issues and provide expert solutions.
  • Evaluate the performance of analytical models and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree and three years or more relevant experience in mental health data analytics or a related field (healthcare data analytics)
  • At least one year of experience post-degree in mental health data/database management
  • At least one year of experience post-degree in analysis and presentation of program data
  • Proficient with database management and/or statistical software such as Excel, Access, Stata, or SPSS. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau
