🎯 What You'll Be Doing

As a Data Analyst, you'll be part of a growing data & analytics team that powers decision-making across the company. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide insights that shape user experience, product strategy, and business growth.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources (booking systems, website/app traffic, CRM, etc.)
• Creating automated dashboards and reports with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Identifying trends, behavioral patterns, and market opportunities
• Supporting ongoing A/B tests and experiments and interpreting results
• Translating raw data into clear, actionable insights
• Working with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and transparency across the company

🧠 What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience working with large datasets in a dynamic environment
• B.A./B.Sc. in a quantitative field – Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar
• Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry – a plus
