Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you’ll support our teams by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data that helps us make smarter decisions and improve our processes. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to identify key metrics and bring clarity to complex topics - all while learning and growing in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

So, what will you do? You will:

• Collaborate closely with business units to identify KPIs that drive business value. Participate in workshops and present findings in a clear and understandable manner to the stakeholders.
• Build reliable business processes and data models; maintain their validity by performing regular data quality checks.
• Support ETL and alerting processes.
• Improve business processes through data analytics by proposing optimal and scalable solutions to drive business success.
• Develop clear, detailed and reliable reports and dashboards that support key decision-making.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and practices that improve quality of data analytics.
• Create clear documentation of solutions to ensure understanding across the business. 

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience delivering business value through data analysis projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and previous experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and automation, along with strong Excel skills.
• Good understanding of databases, ETL processes, and data storage concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Estonian (optional) - written and spoken.
• Excellent initiative, adaptable to various challenges and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders independently.

This position is based in either Tartu (preferred location) or Tallinn, Estonia.
