The individual we are seeking is a smart professional with a data-driven mindset, capable of defining the optimal ship occupancy level and revenue targets, actively setting the Company top line for both cruise and transportation services.
How you’ll live your ambition:
From our offices in Genoa, as a Revenue Planning & Forecasting Analyst, you will be able to contribute to the revenue planning process, to support the entire sales structure to design the revenue strategy.
Demonstrate your passion
• Analyze historical demand trends and complex performance indicators.
• Support the company in defining demand and revenue targets.
• Support revenue optimization for cruise and transportation services.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to the management.
Get things right
- You'll take charge of developing and maintaining planning and forecasting tools, while actively seeking out innovative ideas to enhance accuracy.
- Cultivate robust working relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization, including teams from Finance, Guest Experience and Onboard Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.
What makes you unique:
- Your journey includes at least 3 years of experience in pricing and revenue management or similar experiences in global companies.
- You have a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, with expertise in mathematics, statistics, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage and process big data, creating and maintaining analysis tools, gathering insights.
- Data-driven decision-making approach combined with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage business deadlines effectively while maintaining a constant focus on detail and accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and quantitative tools. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI is a plus.
- Fluent in English, in addition to being a native Italian speaker.
