About the project:
We are building an advanced AI-powered intelligence layer for a global fintech platform. The solution integrates cutting-edge LLM-based workflows to enhance analytics, improve decision-making, and empower operational teams with actionable insights. The system is designed to handle sensitive financial data at scale, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.

Tech stack: Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, PyG (PyTorch Geometric), AWS SageMaker and related AWS ML services

Requirements

What you will do:

• Work closely with the Lead ML Engineer to develop and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML models.

• Conduct experiments to test new approaches, optimize existing models, and ensure high performance and reliability.

• Optimize Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and fine-tune production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) for scalability and stability in production.

• Deploy and manage models in production using AWS SageMaker and other AWS ML services.

• Develop data preprocessing pipelines to prepare large-scale, diverse data for training and inference.

• Collaborate with MLOps engineers and backend teams to integrate models into the overall platform.

• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance in production.

What we expect:

• Strong experience with building and training ML/AI models in Python.

• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

• Experience with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and PyG.

• Practical experience in fine-tuning and scaling Large Language Models (LLMs) for production.

• Solid understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering for large, complex datasets.

• Experience deploying ML models on AWS (SageMaker in particular).

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in fintech or other data-sensitive industries.

• Strong interest in exploring new ML research and applying it in real-world products.
