The Position

In the Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst role, you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level Agreement. In this role, you will ensure that technological architecture meets user requirements, and will support the whole data maintenance related queries - including data quality, lifecycle management and monitoring. Execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process.

Follow the instructions of the Cluster Lead - Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Ledger domain regarding the daily work coordination, and propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions. Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain organizations. 

The Opportunity

• Handle incoming incidents and support Roche Affiliates, as well as regional and global IT departments.

• Evaluate and prioritize user requests at the 2nd level based on ITIL methodology.

• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Analyze, redesign, and implement business and system processes while maintaining standards.

• Manage data lifecycle, perform data cleansing, and identify opportunities for automation/optimization.

• Maintain SOPs, Knowledge Base, and User Guidance; prepare and deliver training materials.

• Lead or participate in project management, audit control, and process improvement initiatives.

Who you are

• University degree or relevant professional experience (Finance knowledge)

• Experienced in SAP (FI, MM, CO, SD)

• 3-5 years Master Data management experience is desirable

• Project and Business Analyst experience is desirable.
