What You'll Do:

• Work on issues reported from fields - either from customers or internal Dogfood testing
  • Take the ownership, make clear action items and follow through to completion
• Support internal teams for issues observed from feature enablements
• Implement tools to catch issue and even identify the issue signature automatically
• Document knowledge learnt from the debugging experience to benefit teams

What You'll Bring:

• B.Tech in Computer Science or MS or PhD in Computer Science
• Well-versed in scripting languages such as Shell and Python
• Nice to have: Knowledge of cloud based (AWS) micro service development
• Strong understanding of OOP design principles
• Have an ability to own a project from inception to completion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
