Business Information Manager - Data Analytics

What kind of a profile we are looking for?

We are looking for a Business Information Manager who will act as a bridge between business teams and the Digital & Technology (D&T) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for data analysis, developing Power BI solutions, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. You will also work with Azure and advanced cloud platforms to enable efficient and secure data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and translate them into analytical and technological solutions
• Design, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
• Implement solutions on the Azure platform and leverage cloud services for data storage, processing, and visualization
• Collaborate with various teams to foster a strong data culture and enable self-service BI capabilities across the business
• Manage analytics projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to implementation and user training
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security in line with company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in roles such as BI Analyst, Business Information Manager, or similar analytics positions
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, report design)
• Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Understanding of data governance principles, dataflows, and semantic models
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, or related fields preferred
• Certifications in Power BI or other Microsoft analytics tools are a plus
