In this position... 

This leader will drive our overall Ford Pro Charging Governance, Compliance, QA, and Data Product Management functions. As such, this position is therefore a combination of strategic thought partner, compliance manager and highly organized program and product manager.

This is a hybrid position requiring an onsite schedule of 4 days a week in Dearborn, MI for any candidate that lives within 50 Miles of Dearborn, MI.

What you'll do...

Program and Product Management

  • Act as central office for new development, or maintenance of, FPC charging data and analytics products including dashboards across (SharePoint, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar platforms)
    • Ensure actioning of tech governance structure including intake, review, prioritization, and development
    • Own and manage the backlog
  • Act as central point of contact for integration across Ford Pro Charging, Integrated services (Sales and Software), and Ford Pro PMO on behalf of FPC General Manager
    • Provide standards of reporting (and ensure adherence) to individual Skill Teams across FPC Operations
    • Support cross-functional information sharing between Skill Team leaders
    • Prepare presentations (internal and external audiences), draft talking points, and develop data analysis
  • Support Ford Pro Charging with coordination of key business initiatives
    • Coordinate Ford Pro Charging team meetings for defined governance structure and track strategic priorities and objectives
    • Ensure progress and help team track timing, key deliverables 
    • Step in to lead some workstreams as needed
  • Provide required support for all corporate governance and objectives
    • Support Ford Pro Charging input to the Bowler updates, confirm those inputs align with the Ford Pro Charging KPIs and live dashboards
    • Direct and coordinate input to BoD, for FPC Monthly Business Review meetings, and other corporate meetings, as needed
    • Act as SPOC for corporate information requirements from Ford Pro Charging Team
    • Support governance and annual calendar development (lead for NA team, coordinate with EU and other markets)

Compliance and Quality Assurance Management

  • Oversee Ford Pro Charging Quality Assurance Program
    • Set KPIs for quality control standards and key business workflows, including but not limited to sales generated returns, R&D spend, product exception, scrap review and approval processes.
    • Guide team in continuous improvement project management and post project valuation
    • Ensure QA checkpoints are implemented and enforce protocols
  • Own and manage the FPC Charging SharePoint architecture
    • Inclusively oversee of cross-platform automations, applications, forms, and lists
    • Identify security, efficiency and waste-eliminating improvements for the systems and tools
    • Function as primary owner/administrator
  • Own systems compliance for FPC Charging including GIS1/GIS2 compliance, AFR in collaboration with the Internal Controls team
  • Own and action annual MCRP controls testing and any associated OIC elements

You'll have... 

  • BA/MA in Finance, Business, Strategy, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Program / Project Management
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience 
  • Self-starter, team player, willing to jump in to fill a leadership gap
  • Willingness to tackle ambiguity, shifting priorities, background “noise” and prioritize!
  • Excellent judgement and ability to maintain confidence of stakeholders
  • Organized, deadline driven with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to comprehend strategic direction and support consistent implementation
