We're building GTM-1 Omni - the world's first action model purpose built for lead generation.

About the Role

Join us in developing state-of-the-art machine learning models that power our GTM automation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models for lead scoring and qualification

• Build NLP systems for processing B2B data

• Design and implement reinforcement learning systems

• Optimize model performance and inference time

• Collaborate with backend team on model deployment

• Research and implement new ML techniques

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering

• Expert knowledge of PyTorch and Lightning

• Experience with Hugging Face transformers

• Proficiency in distributed training using Ray

• Background in NLP and reinforcement learning

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
