RYZ Labs is looking for a Sr. Marketing Analyst to join one of our client’s teams, a personal health brand that is building the future of daily essentials. We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Analyst to lead our client's marketing data and analytics efforts with a focus on attribution, mixed media modeling (MMM), and growth analytics for their direct-to-consumer business. This role will be responsible for building and executing marketing attribution strategies, analyzing customer acquisition funnels, and driving insights that directly impact their growth and retention strategies.
Required Qualifications:- 5-7 years of marketing analytics experience with focus on attribution, MMM, and growth metrics.- Expert SQL skills with experience in complex query optimization and data modeling.- Snowflake Experience: Proficiency with Snowflake data warehouse including performance optimization and cost management.- dbt Proficiency: Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.- BI Tools: Strong experience with Looker for dashboard creation and self-service analytics.- Attribution Expertise: Hands-on experience with marketing attribution models, MMM, and multi-touch attribution.- Statistical Analysis: Strong background in statistical analysis, experimentation design, and A/B testing.- DTC Experience: Experience analyzing direct-to-consumer marketing channels and customer acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications:- Omni Experience: Familiarity with Omni analytics platform.- Advanced Analytics: Experience with machine learning models for marketing optimization.- Marketing Tools: Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Analytics).- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure data services.- Programming Languages: Python or R for advanced analytics and automation.- Industry Experience: Background in consumer-facing, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities with data.- Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Attribution & MMM Leadership: Design, implement, and optimize marketing attribution models and mixed media modeling to measure campaign effectiveness across channels.- Growth Analytics: Analyze customer acquisition funnels, CAC optimization, lifetime value modeling, and retention metrics.- DTC Analytics: Deep analysis of direct-to-consumer marketing performance, channel effectiveness, and customer journey optimization.- Data Infrastructure: Build and maintain marketing data models using dbt and SQL within Snowflake environment.- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in Looker/Omni for stakeholder consumption.- Experimentation: Design and analyze marketing experiments, A/B tests, and campaign optimization strategies.- Strategic Insights: Translate complex marketing data into actionable insights for marketing teams and executive leadership.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and customer experience teams on data-driven initiatives.
