Data Analyst, Product & Operations (Chinese Speaking Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply expertise in data analysis to see beyond the numbers and understand user behaviour.

• Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities through data analysis.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business operations and KPIs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, operations teams, and other

stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.

• Translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Support ad hoc data needs from stakeholders.

• Continuously assess emerging technologies and architectural patterns to drive innovation and platform competitiveness.

• Create technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and decision records to support long-term sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role

• Proficient in SQL, Python (especially for data analysis), and Tableau (or other BI tools)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

• Experience working closely with Product and/or Operations teams• Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Chinese proficiency is preferred
