Position Overview

The Brand AI Lead is responsible for aligning the overall AI & Data strategy with the AI initiatives and roadmaps of the SAAS companies (companies in our Success Part of the business). This role ensures that each brand’s AI and Data efforts support the overall strategic objectives while respecting their independence and growth priorities. The Brand AI Lead acts as the key liaison between the central AI & Data function and the brand stakeholders, driving collaboration, influencing roadmaps, and enabling shared value creation across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Alignment: Work with each brand to understand their product strategy and identify where AI & Data can add value. Ensure alignment with the group AI & Data strategy while respecting each brand’s autonomy and growth path.

- Roadmap Shaping: Partner with brand leadership, product teams, and technical leads to influence and coordinate AI & Data related initiatives. Ensure roadmaps are directionally aligned with company-wide priorities and capabilities.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central AI & Data point of contact for all brands. Maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and facilitate structured, ongoing dialogue between brand teams and the central AI function.

-Opportunity Identification: Spot AI & Data use cases across brands that could benefit from shared infrastructure, capabilities, or learnings. Help identify scalable opportunities or reusable solutions that can be leveraged across the group.

- Governance & Reporting: Ensure visibility into brand AI & Data activities, timelines, and risks. Support lightweight governance and reporting structures to track alignment, progress, and impact.

Ideal Profile:

• 7+ years of experience in AI & Data product, strategy, or delivery roles, ideally within SaaS or decentralized business models.

• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence without formal authority across multiple organizations.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they translate into business value and product features.

• Experience shaping and managing product or AI & Data roadmaps in close collaboration with technical and commercial teams.

• Skilled communicator, able to balance strategic alignment with local autonomy and business priorities.

• Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with multiple brands, stakeholders, and delivery models.

• Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable direction.

• Experience in post-merger integration or multi-brand strategy environments is a plus.
