Program Manager I

The Program Manager - Marketing position was created with a maniacal focus on designing and delivering seamless experiences for our customers. If you have a combination of customer obsession, a passion for repeatability and a critical eye trained to deliver superior experiences, we want to talk to you.

This will be 6-month fixed term contract.

A Day in the Life of the Program Manager, Marketing – About the role:

• Plan, organize and execute operational marketing and leads generation programs across the region to advance existing and accelerate new opportunities for our local sales teams.
• Build and execute lead/demand gen campaigns, as well as running marketing events (tradeshows, conferences, executive events, webinars…)
• Consistently produce results on time and within budget
• Align tactical plans with strategies

• Operations experience5+ years project/program management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Organizational and strategic management skills, including budget and business planning and forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage human capital across multiple geographies and organizations to drive workforce development and achieve desired results
• Have experience crafting and delivering executive presentations with ease and composure

Highly Preferred

• AI Literacy: Demonstrates a solid understanding of core AI concepts, terminology, and practical applications. Effectively leverages AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and decision-making, while adhering to ethical standards and best practices.
• Prompt Engineering: Skilled at crafting clear, structured, and effective prompts to optimize the quality, relevance, and utility of AI-generated outputs.
• Agentic AI: Understands the role of autonomous agents in streamlining workflows and automating end-to-end tasks. Able to build, utilize, or manage agentic AI systems and integrate them into business processes.
