Take ownership

• Develop and implement effective processes, monitoring systems, and documentation practices specifically to optimize data workflows and enhance team efficiency.

• Mentor and guide team members in the data team to cultivate a strategic mindset, ensuring they understand objectives and are equipped to tackle roadblocks with a focus on long-term development.

• Design and execute a comprehensive data infrastructure strategy that addresses risks and ensures stability and scalability, aligning with bunq’s growth objectives.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale data infrastructure projects.

• Experienced in building and leading high-performing data engineering teams.

• Expertise in NLP and LLMs and skills particularly in Python and FastAPI.

• Familiarity with deploying AI models using AWS and Docker for effective cloud management.

• Fluent English skills for effective communication.
