AI & Productivity Intern (M365 Copilot Project)

The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy intern to join our small team and take a hands-on role in this exciting M365 Copilot project. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and gain direct experience with cutting-edge AI tools in a real-world business setting. You won't be a small cog in a big machine; you'll be a core part of the project from day one.

What You Will Do:

• Work directly with the project lead to test and implement M365 Copilot features, particularly for automating tasks
• Develop and document best practices and creative "prompts" for the team to maximize Copilot's effectiveness
• Help create simple automation solutions and workflows for our specific business needs using low-code/no-code principles
• Gather feedback directly from team members to understand what works and identify areas for improvement
• Research and present new AI-powered productivity hacks and tools to the team
• Assist in measuring the impact of Copilot adoption on our project timelines and outcomes

Who We Are Looking For:

• A current student pursuing any degree with a strong, demonstrable interest in technology, productivity, and artificial intelligence
• Familiar with or have a strong interest in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate)
• A curious and creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting and figuring things out
• An excellent communicator, comfortable with sharing ideas and gathering feedback within a small team
• A self-starter who can work independently and manage their tasks effectively
• No formal programming experience is required, but a logical mindset and a willingness to learn are essential
