About the role

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support our growth by developing analysis and reporting capabilities to power our sales and customer success teams’ decision making process. You will architect full lifecycle data analysis activities which include: requirement gathering, data collection, and presentation/reporting. This position will report to our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.

What you'll do

• Transition from our existing BI tool including selecting the right tool for our needs
• Maintain, manage, and grow the utilization of the new BI tool
• Manage and improve our existing inventory of metrics.
• Develop additional metrics and dashboards based on available transaction and user data
• Develop dashboards for internal management meetings as well as investor reporting and board presentations
• Provide insights into the forecasting process by analyzing historical data
• Identify need for reporting of additional data available on our platform to support development of relevant metrics
• Work with Sales teams to develop client level reporting and presentations
• Work closely with Sales teams to monitor performance against predefined goals
• Ad-Hoc projects as well as automation projects and processes improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Data or similar comparable experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python and financial tools like Business Central / NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expertise with cloud database and ETL tools like Snowflake and Rivery
• Excellent English - communication and interpersonal skills.
