What you'll do: 

As our Insights and Measurement Data Analyst, you will be responsible for helping us find and tell audience stories for our customers with the data in our estate and for the management, execution and interpretation of our portfolio of consumer measurement studies.

This involves close collaboration with our customers, data science & engineering teams, commercial teams (sales/pre-sales/partnerships), and external research partners to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.

This is a broad and impactful role which extends across the Data and Insights team's other critical deliverables, including customer education and thought leadership. You'll also play a key role in developing our technology and methodologies, working directly with our product and engineering teams to innovate and build for the future.


In this role, you will:

Data Analysis and Storytelling

  • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards showcasing the effectiveness of campaigns for internal and external clients
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients for campaign optimization, highlighting the impact of data-driven decisions
  • Synthesize diverse datasets from across our estate to demonstrate SuperAwesome’s effectiveness
  • Work with our Product and Data Engineering teams to advise on the integration of measurement and insights data into our products
  • Use a wide range of research and analytical tools including AI to extract, analyse and interpret data and create actionable outputs

Measurement and insights

  • Serve as the internal lead for measurement initiatives, across NA and EMEA, project managing and executing end-to-end measurement studies from briefing to debrief
  • Work with our Head of Data & Insight to track pacing, costs, resource allocation, proposals and benchmarking across studies
  • Manage day to day relationships with external panel-based measurement vendors
  • Integrate our audiences led approach within measurement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate measurement findings into campaigns and business strategies, translating research findings into strategic insights that inform marketing tactics and client recommendations

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Support the NA Senior Insights Manager with pre- and post-sales enablement by responding to data requests and providing client-specific measurement insights
  • Support the D&I team with strong statistical skills


Who you are:

  • A highly quantitative expert with 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, specializing in quantitative market research, advanced statistical analysis, and data storytelling
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as, R, SQL and SPSS/Q (DisplayR a major benefit) - Python and/or TypeScript a bonus
  • Have an experimental mindset coupled with genuine curiosity for kids and teen behavior and data
  • An organized and proactive project manager with strong planning and organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple projects,and coordinating with internal and external teams
  • An excellent oral and written data-led communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring more junior members of the team, fostering their growth and sharing expertise within a dynamic environment
  • Experienced in panel based ad measurement, with a genuine interest in data analysis and media performance
  • Knowledge of the youth digital ecosystem is a major plus


Required Experience

  • Track record of quantitative data analysis in the consumer measurement space
  • Proven ability to work closely with data teams, data warehouses and SQL databases to join up data sets to find and build compelling stories
  • Experience with using modern AI-based tools to boost the effectiveness and speed of data analysis and data-driven story telling
  • Experience of building material for and presenting to a range of internal and external audiences

  • Total compensation potential for NYC: $100k-$125k
