Location: This role is based out of our Philadelphia, PA office.  This role will be in-person most days.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to curate and build insightful dashboards and reports on the Platform’s adoption and usage to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing, intuitive, interactive dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators and actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Continuous maintenance, improvement, optimization, and updates of the dashboards by enhancing performance and user experience.
• Document data pipelines, dashboard development processes, data sources, and design choices to support transparency and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Development, and Platform leadership, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable reports.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security through proper validation, monitoring, and governance practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data science, statistics, analytics, computer science, or a related field.

• You have excellent research and analytical skills, and are able to gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and data warehouses, and integrate it into simple and actionable dashboards for real-time updates.
• Experience with databases, compute, object storage, and serverless functions on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with data visualization dashboards like Power BI and OpenSearch
• Strong knowledge of data-related end-user applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Fantastic communication skills and interpersonal savvy. You can communicate with executive leadership as well as you can with engineers.
• You likely have a technical education, such as an undergrad degree in computer science, or you have equivalent proven work experience
• This position does not require travel.
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
