Business Data Analyst – BI/Reporting (PBM Rebates)

Job Summary:
Techstra is seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst with deep experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and rebates analytics to support a strategic BI/reporting transformation initiative. This role will focus on documenting requirements, inventorying assets, providing domain expertise, and supporting migration to a next-gen BI platform within a high-impact, agile environment.

Top 5 Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Rebates Product Lead in the design, documentation, and development of BI/Reporting solutions
2. Document business and technical requirements (user stories, BRDs) for BI/reporting in the PBM rebates domain
3. Provide subject-matter expertise in PBM Rebates to guide reporting assets and solutions
4. Support the migration of legacy BI tools to a new centralized BI platform
5. Assist in testing, training, and change management activities to ensure a successful transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and translate business needs into technical requirements for BI/reporting tools
• Collect and organize an inventory of existing reporting assets
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of goals and deliverables
• Design and execute UAT testing plans in collaboration with QA and development teams
• Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions
• Advocate for best practices in data visualization and storytelling
