Full Stack Software Engineer

As a Full Stack Developer with Frontend Focus, you will design, build, and maintain key features from scratch, delivering scalable and user-friendly frontend experiences — while independently handling simple backend tasks to support the full feature lifecycle.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Product and Design teams, as well as collaborate across multiple internal teams, giving you the chance to strengthen skills beyond engineering, such as communication, adaptability, and problem-solving in ambiguous environments.

You’ll join a newly formed, high-impact team focused on building core modules within our next-generation platform. This team is responsible for delivering critical features that seamlessly integrate with multiple backend systems to provide comprehensive and efficient workflows.

Within 3 months, you will:

• Be fully onboarded to your new team, familiarizing yourself with Clutch’s tools, processes, and culture.

• Build strong relationships with your team members, leader, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Work in collaboration with developers and other stakeholders to enhance our platform.

Within 6 months, you will:

• Ensure high-quality code, and enabling the efficient delivery of features and improvements.

• Write elegant, efficient, and testable code that is easy to maintain and debug.

• Take care of configurations and processes documentation so stakeholders understand how to use the platform

Within 9 months, you will:

• As a true teammate, continuously improve the team’s processes, brainstorm ideas, and communicate statuses, and progress

• Deliver a lot of new stuff to our products

• Start identifying opportunities to deliver faster, reliable solutions and make initial contributions to architectural improvements.

• Strong expertise in frontend development (5+ years), especially with React, TypeScript, and preferably Next.js.

• Ability to independently handle simple backend tasks, such as API integrations or server-side logic.

• Experience building new features from scratch in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across multiple teams.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting quickly to changing priorities.

• Commitment to technical excellence and delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
