About the Role

Due to significant global growth, Kinetic are undertaking a large scale, multi stream program of work designed to transform our technology landscape, create simplified, consistent ways of working, and ensure our future growth plans are underpinned by seamless technology products and processes. 

These newly created roles play a pivotal role in supporting Kinetic’s enterprise-wide digital and data transformation program. The role focuses on enabling accurate, timely, and high-quality migration of data from Kinetic’s legacy systems into new platforms across Finance, HR, Payroll, Asset Management, and other business domains.

This role primarily will perform data analysis, profiling and cleansing along with extract, transform and prepare data sets for data migration process. Perform daily analysis to generate insights and support with building reports. Develop and maintain insights and supports decision with reporting and analysis.

What You Will Do

• Perform data profiling and cleansing to identify data quality issues and drive remediation in collaboration with business SMEs and Data Governance Leads.
• Support end-to-end data migration activities including by not limited to data analysis, profiling, cleansing, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and post-load reconciliation across multiple domains and systems.
• Develop queries, tools, and reconciliation models using SQL, Excel, and/or Power BI to validate and analyse data in both legacy and target systems.
• Work with Data Governance Leads and SI Partners to define, document, and maintain data mappings, transformation rules, and lineage across systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and system owners to understand data definitions, requirements, and ownership structures.
• Support testing teams and business SMEs in data validation exercises during mock loads and production cutovers.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of data documentation such as data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, business process maps, and defect logs.
• Participate in the development of dashboards or reports to track data migration progress and highlight data quality issues.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of data governance practices and frameworks to support long-term data stewardship.

What You Will Need

• Experience working in large-scale transformation programs with multiple system replacements.
• Minimum 2 years of data analysis/migration experience working in ERP environment.
• Successful experience in at least one End-to-End migration experience.
• Strong SQL, Power BI and advanced excel skills, with detailed data analysis and techniques.
• Understanding of data structures, data lifecycle, and core business functions (Finance, HR, Payroll, Asset, etc.).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Boomi, OIC, Informatica).
• Proven ability to create and maintain documentation (data mappings, dictionaries, validation rules).
• High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
