Data Analyst (ZR 25267 JOB)

This is a remote position.

Full-time Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Newcastle, NSW)
Note: Includes a one-hour unpaid lunch break

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 2–3 years of working with large data sets and strong expertise in Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex dashboards, automating workflows, and ensuring reports are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards from various data sources
  

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, modeling, and visualization using Power Query and DAX
  

• Confidently use Microsoft tools including SharePoint, PowerApps, Planner, and Forms
  

• Provide expert guidance and hands-on implementation of Power Automate for process automation
  

• Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools)
  

• Extract, manipulate, and export data for reporting purposes
  

Requirements:

• Strong skills and experience in Power Automate
  

• Basic knowledge of SQL
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
