Data Analyst

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (with at least a few hours of overlap required)
Client Timezone: North American time zones
Total weekly hours: 40 Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, verify, and upload catalog data to the database
  

• Handle ad-hoc data updates based on client or internal team requests
  

• Communicate data request statuses via Zendesk to internal teams and external clients
  

• Generate data insights and prepare reports
  

• Run SQL queries to help troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues
  

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  

• Strong communication skills
  

• SQL experience (nice to have)
