The Delivery Excellence team, part of Organization Effectiveness, plays a key role in enhancing the strategy and design of the future technology workforce and delivery models. As a Junior/ Middle Data Analyst for Productivity and Performance, you will contribute to building metrics, scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and providing insights for actionable business recommendations and optimization.

Location: Ho Chi Minh/ Ha Noi.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in engineering data for cost and productivity drivers across the technology value chain.
• Support data requests across Technology & Enterprise Operations to deliver operational efficiency and support the achievement of target expense base.
• Work with the Technology & Enterprise Operations leadership team to help improve operational efficiency and support  to monitor the progress of productivity initiatives, identifying where intervention or acceleration is required.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards that provide visibility into performance trends.
• Help ensure that data and reports follow consistent and standardized formats across teams.
• Be a change agent to inspire speed to value technology improvements for the business.
• Ensure alignment to consistent frameworks for continuous delivery.
• Leverage strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to shift between deep in the detail and pull up to synthesize executive-level insights and recommendations.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate qualifications in STEM, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Commerce or Business.
• Proven experience with structured and unstructured data, its management and data transformation techniques.
• Intermediate skills in Data Analytics, Reporting, Visualization and Dashboard.
• Proven experience with SQL, Python.
• Proven experience with PowerBI, Tableau.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with full English proficiency.
• Understanding of Agile behaviours, principles, tools and techniques.
• Robust quantitative analytical skill set.
• Experience in handling, and reporting from different databases in collaboration with domain experts.
• Ability to synthesise clear takeaways and recommendations from analysing complex information using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Strong logical reasoning, creative and strategic thinking skills.
• Flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities.
• A team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, able to work independently while effectively managing stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
