Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and data models using Power BI and Excel

  • Analyze large datasets across market, sales, medical, and performance metrics

  • Lead data governance and ensure integration across platforms and sources

  • Translate complex data into clear KPIs and visual insights for stakeholders

  • Act as a trusted analytics advisor to Commercial Excellence & Insight Managers to support brand and market performance decisions

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Life Sciences, Economics, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard development in a commercial or pharmaceutical setting

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and interactive visual design

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link analytics to brand strategy and customer behavior

  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity and multiple data sources

  • Fluent in both Czech and English

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical companies

  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced analytics tools or predictive modeling techniques
