Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Project Manager! 

In this role, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of projects spanning supply chain, product management, engineering, and capital expenditure (CapEx). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, driving progress through effective communication, and ensuring timely delivery by collaborating with multiple stakeholders. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing daily project rhythms, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and providing clear reporting to senior leadership. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects across various functions including supply chain, product management, engineering, and CapEx initiatives. Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent to create detailed project plans, tasks, subtasks, timelines, and dependencies. 

• Daily Status & Progress Management: Manage daily status meetings and progress update rhythms to ensure all project activities remain on track. Document progress meticulously and update project schedules in real-time to reflect the current state of deliverables. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders to gather updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and coordination efforts. 

• Risk Management & Reporting: Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues proactively. Prepare and deliver regular progress reports,  and risk assessments to senior leadership, highlighting key accomplishments, potential bottlenecks, and mitigation plans. 

• Documentation & Communication: Ensure comprehensive documentation of project scope, requirements, decisions, and changes. Detail all tasks with clear instructions, deadlines, and ownership to facilitate accountability and transparency. 

• Follow-Up & Accountability: Maintain a sense of urgency by consistently following up with team members and stakeholders to obtain timely updates and necessary inputs. Drive accountability through effective communication and persistent tracking of action items. 

• Comprehensive Project Management Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools to optimize project execution and delivery. Adapt and implement processes suited to the complexity and nature of each project. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. 

• Good years of comprehensive project management experience, preferably in supply chain, product management, engineering, or capital projects. 

• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools. 

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and documentation. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and senior leadership. 

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. 

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. 

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Experience in the aerospace industry, with familiarity of its processes, regulations, and project environments.
