Texas Instruments is seeking an innovative engineer who combines expertise in AI/ML with a passion for quality and manufacturing excellence. This role is crucial in driving our digital transformation initiatives through the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions. The position offers the opportunity to revolutionize our manufacturing processes using cutting-edge AI technologies while working closely with quality teams to enhance systems, tools, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions to improve:
    • Manufacturing quality and yield
    • Process efficiency and automation
    • Predictive maintenance capabilities
    • Automated anomaly detection
  • Create and maintain intelligent systems for:
    • Data analysis and pattern recognition
    • Real-time process monitoring
    • Automated quality inspection
    • Production optimization
  • Lead integration of solutions with existing manufacturing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and training

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or other related engineering degree
  • 3 years’ experience working in Data Analysis / Data Science / Software Development
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing statistical methodologies, statistical data analysis or machine learning
  • Experience with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Experience in software development and automation
  • Familiar with using modern AI for development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions 
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results 
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery 
  • Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
