Data Integrity Specialist (day shift)

The Data Integrity Specialist Patient Experience will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of patient experience data within the Press Ganey system. This role ensures data integrity and compliance with CMS reporting requirements through monitoring, and validation of datasets. The specialist will collaborate with Department Managers and the Director to collect, verify, analyze, and report on patient satisfaction metrics, identifying trends and insights that support performance improvement and strategic initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and  3 to 5 years of experience and deep understanding of database administration concepts is a plus.   Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations (CMS, HIPAA).  Knowledge of the Microsoft suit programs.  Proficient in Excel to include Dashboards, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Slicers, and VBA (visible basic application).  Access experience with query writing and data mining.  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
